Send /checksetup in the group. It lists what stops games working there and how to fix it.
The usual causes
- The bot is not an admin with the right to pin and delete messages
- GIFs are turned off for the bot in the group's permissions
- Hide members is on while the bot is not an admin
- Only admins may start games (/blockgames) and you are not one
/ping shows how fast the bot answers. If it does not answer at all, check @BlackWolfAnnouncements for news, or ask in the support group.
